I learned that the architecture was for looks and not structure. For example, the cylinders holding up the building were there for looks.

I Learned that because there was no electricity the people could only work during the day. I also learned that many Romans did not have a house of their own. Finally I learned that the wealthy families would lounge as food was brought to them
